Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 12 months in oak barrels and 8 months in bottle

Tasting notes: Ruby red compact, with elegant black currant, ripe plum and candied violets hints. Balsamic and medicinalherbs hint emerge mildly. Ample and dense texture, vibrant, to taste. Docile tannins and long lasting ending. Prizes:
